General

LoanPro offers a customizable application as a way to create new loans in the system. This article will cover using the application on the customer-facing website. Check out the application article to see how to create an application, or how to display it on an outside website.

Settings

To enable the application on the customer-facing website, navigate to Settings > Website > New Loan Application.

Click  Edit.

From the “Page Enabled in Customer Website” drop-down, choose “Yes” if you want the application to be displayed. From the “Application Form” drop-down, choose which of your application should be displayed. Click  Save.

Application View

If you chose to enable the application on the customer-facing website, an Application tab will be shown on the website. If customers click this tab, they will see the application.
