TCN is a service that lets you send out groups of phone calls (campaigns) to your customers. If you have completed the TCN integration you are ready to start sending out campaigns.
TCN is a tool inside LoanPro. To get to the TCN tool, navigate to Tools > Customer Communication > TCN Telephone Campaign inside your company account.
It’s likely that you will see a message telling you to select loans from the Loan Manager in order to use this tool. Tools in LoanPro require that you first select a group of loans to use the tool on, then use the tool on those loans. To select a group of loans, navigate to Loans > Loan Manager inside your company account.
You can select loans to send to the TCN tool in one of two ways. One, you can search for a group of loans and then send the entire group to the tool. Two, you can select loans individually to send to the TCN tool. To send a group of loans to the TCN tool, search for the loans with borrowers that you want to call. Then select the Run TCN Campaign in the Data Options drop-down.
When you select this option you will be taken to Tools > Customer Communication > TCN Telephone Campaign.
You can also choose loans individually to be a part of a TCN campaign. To choose a loan from the Loan Manager, click to the right of the loan listing. Once you have chosen the loans you want to include in the campaign, navigate to Tools > Customer Communication > TCN Telephone Campaign inside your company account.
Here you should see individual listings for the loans that you sent to the campaign. If there are any loans that you want to exclude from the campaign, click . In order to help you with this determination, you can see the promises for a specific loan by clicking to the right of the listing.
You also have the choice to set which customers and which phone numbers on each loan will get a call. By default, both the primary and secondary customer will receive a call to both their primary and secondary phone numbers. To change this for all the loans, click Recipients.
Check or uncheck the available boxes to adjust who will receive phone calls. To make this adjustment for an individual loan, click to the right of the loan listing and check or uncheck the appropriate boxes to designate which phone numbers will be called on that loan.
